Due to weather conditions tommorrow.thursday the 26th the plan is to cancel the Bayble and Loch Orisay trips and do the kayaking and open boating at Cuddy Point this week,and weather permitting do the other trips next week.

The 2011 AGM will be held in the Sea Angling Club Stornoway on Thursday 28 April at 9pm.
There will be no adult pool session on that day.
Had a very large number of tents at the Mealista beach for Roberts birthday barbacue,great night was had by all who attended.
Today a trip down to the Loch seaforth wave with the sea kayaks on the trip,Murty,Mark,Mike,Jamie,Gordon and Simon who was filming the event.

Murty,Robert, Bennie and Mark set of from Rodel for the Sound of Harris, Weather was se-6 Renish point wild big swell with breaking seas could not make Hermatray so camped on Lingaigh for the night,next day did a down wind run in force 7 to Leverburgh which did not take very long,enjoyable trip.

Ten paddlers camped out for the night and three joined us the following morning 13 paddlers for a trip out to Flodday then on to Berasay the channel to the old hill was out due to the large seas so off to Campay the arch and back to the slipway playing on a few skerrys [...]
